Speaking
I offer commissioned presentations and guest speaking engagements for cancer centers, healthcare organizations, professional conferences, and community events.
My work includes educational teaching presentations for healthcare professionals—including nurses and interdisciplinary clinical teams—as well as patient- and caregiver-focused presentations that translate complex cancer care into clear, compassionate, and actionable guidance.
For healthcare professionals, I provide evidence-based education on topics such as:
- Chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy side-effect recognition and management
- Treatment safety, monitoring, and early intervention
- Extravasation prevention, recognition, and management
- Clinical documentation standards, accuracy, and best practices in oncology care
- Patient education, communication, and self-advocacy
- Survivorship, palliative care, and whole-person oncology support
Presentations are designed for clinical in-services, nursing education, continuing education programs, and national or regional conferences, and can be tailored to meet the needs of the audience and setting.
I also present for patient and caregiver audiences, offering education and support around treatment expectations, side-effect management, survivorship, and navigating the cancer experience with confidence.
